The County ends their illegal detention policy, and some kids who were wronged by the system get paid. But none of the people behind the illegal policies face serious consequences. So what’s changed in Rutherford County, and what hasn’t?

Sad how this always seem to happen those affected the most never seem to be the ones assisted
The people who were so enthusiastic about having kids "face consequences" for their bad behaviour ended up never facing consequences of their own. There is no justice here, it's heartbreaking.
Take the win you can. They changed policies going forward. That isn't bad for marginal lawyers.
