From SEAL Team 6 to Delta Force | MSgt Kevin Holland | A Story Of Courage

MSgt. Kevin Holland is a former member of BOTH the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (SEAL Team Six) and 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta (Delta Force).
MSG Holland started his career off in the SEAL Team 8, before assessing for SEAL Team 6 through Green Team; and serving as an assaulter for roughly 3-4 years, retiring in 1995. After the events of 9/11; MSgt. Holland wished to return to his former Naval command but was urged by a former teammate to assess for the Army Special Missions Unit since its members were already boots-on-the-ground in Afghanistan. After successful completion of A&S/OTC, MSG Holland served as an assaulter with 1st SFOD-D for roughly 10 years
MSG Holland deployed on countless missions and covert operations around the world.
During a 2011 raid in Iraq, he was wounded several times when an insurgent opened fire with a PKM machine gun from 20 yards, hitting him in the chest above his protective armor and paralyzing his left arm.
He dove into an irrigation ditch as the individual kept firing his 200-round belt of ammunition at him hitting his pack multiple times.
As the insurgent came running at him, MSG Holland rose from the water in the irrigation ditch, placed his weapon on its side on a mound of dirt, and began returning fire, wounding the insurgent in the foot.
The insurgent was subsequently captured and MSG Holland was helped up and walked to the EXFIL helicopter like a boss.

Audie Murphy (cool marksmanship under fire) and Major Dick Winters (his dedicated religious background) that together makes a lethal combination. I have no part in my life for religion, but this man sure is a good sell. What an unbelievably(in the most literal sense of the word) exceptional human being, while im obviously impressed by his serving as both a member of Delta Force and SEAL Team 6 I think im more impressed at the sheer durability of the guy. Completing well over 1500 combat missions and countless deployments safely outside of surviving taking a PKM round to the chest(truly miraculous he survived taking one of those rounds to the chest) its hard to argue that the guy isnt blessed and God hasnt watched over him, but its also a testament to his skill as an operator(as well his team). Hes the definition of lucky and blessed. Its incredibly cool that his son became a Ranger and was able to serve and conduct missions with him, truly a unique experience and one that must have developed(or help fortify) an unbreakable Father/Son bond, I suppose it runs in their blood to be an exceptional operator of the highest caliber. And above all, despite being such an exceptional guy, he remains extremely humble.

This is a true American hero!!! Wow!! …He brought tears to my eyes! ❤️ I had the privilege of meeting and dating a Marine sniper years ago! He was absolutely the most intelligent person, I’ve ever met! Till this day! He did several tours in Iraq and Afghanistan from 2000 - 2004 until he was injured in Iraq - from a nine year old kid - that tossed a grenade! He went back to CO, received his bachelor’s degree and tried working in the civilian world as a construction manager. That was never his world! He was much too smart! In either 2016 or 2017? He took a job, working “Spec Ops” on the border at Juarez. That’s how, I learned about, the human/child trafficking! I was always aware of the drug trafficking. I was clueless to the human/child trafficking that is still going on!! He was always very elusive with any kind of intel. As he should be! However, he woke me up! He made me see the true reality of what’s really happening right now! It forced me into doing my own research and turning off MSM! I’ve learned a lot! Especially in the last 5 years! You guys are amazing, awesome patriots! Thank you, for your service! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I was amazed when first hearing Mr. Hollands story in a previous video. I grew up in a military family, grandpa was with the Rainbow division when they went into Dauchau with other units and as a young k8d in the 60's id beg to hear his stories. My dad was a Drill Sgt /NCO during Vietnam and I turned 18 in April 1975 just as the draft ended. He retired that year and we came home to Oregon where i ended up working in a government job and even though i felt compelled to enter the military i felt like I was making too much money at that time ($5.75 an hour) to go into the military as I felt like Id already had years of boot camp by the time i turned 18. I always regretted not going in though! Now, 66 and dealing with an aggressive form of cancer Ive been struggling to remember a timrle in my life when i felt much closer to God even though i wasnt going to church. As he spoke about feeling compelled to get up in church and kneel, a rush of emotion hit me that told me the truth abd the path is thru God and Ive been trying to get back to that place. Im so glad I was able to see this video! I feel like I was guided here for a reason and Im so glad i found this it truly spoke to my heart. Thank you so much!

Kevin, I don't know if you will ever read this because you are unlikely to ever watch a video of yourself because of who you are. However, I was honored to meet you. I am not a warrior in personality, and as you said to us, that is OK. But I am creative and pretty intuitive, and detected some residual pain in your testimony last weekend. I just want you to know that I am praying for your healing, appreciate your service to both God and Country, and have a new understanding of the men and women that voluntarily and courageously stand between us and the evil that Satan has deployed against us. I had become complacent, even though I have worked in the Defense Industry, thinking I was doing my part. Your courage has reminded me that we are called to war, and in fact, it rages around us. I will know my weapon, and I will not be afraid. Thank you again for sharing your life and your heart. May God continue to bless you.
