It's like that most of the times, but foreigners get deceived by the government propaganda...Happens everytime I mention my venezuelan nationality in an english speaking website, I get all kind of comments about how communism sucks and how we desserve it for "voting for Maduro/Chavez" when every latin american knows most venezuelans don't support their govt. When I try to explain it, they usually talk about stats and videos they saw in the official venezuelan media (propaganda).

You talk about people being brainwashed in China, yet listen to yourself...If you believe different then refute my claims using reality and fact,, not conjecture and false patriotism....where did I mention oil in any of my comments here???If it makes you feel better, nowhere are people being screwed over by elite corporations more than those in America, many working multiple jobs just to enjoy the benefits of foodstamps and poverty...never before has America been a more unequal society as it is now..

Please direct your sadness to those how profess to deliver 'equality' and instead deliver mass murder. 100,000,000 at last count for the 20th century; who knows what they might accomplish next, given the idiots who still try to paint lipstick on the commie pig.
