It's good and informative. Just one piece of advice, you should use pics, stacks, graphs, text or something between conversion, whenever someone talks about something/somebody, shayad audience ko jyada engage krne me help kre. Baki, it's a great piece of content.😊

Most of the podcast seems to be good except the part where she talks about property investment. Stop giving false notion to people. To take a home loan , you still have to do down payment first which is your money. generally ,you get better deals on property when in construction stage that means you will not get rent for sometime but have to pay EMI on the loan. And generally the real estate is so inflated right now and rent yield is only 2-3 % in most metro’s . But inspite of all this, diversification is important and you can break even . But it’s a myth that you can save your money and bank will buy you a home 😂😂😂😂 . I wish world was that dumb. The guest had credible knowledge in marketing so they should stick to that topic in my opinion thanks.

No company will need this acknowledgement, she does it for her own benefit because it's clickbait. She was "asked to leave" zomato and unacademy - this one in less than 5 months. The uploaders keep deleting my comments. Yes, ok, she does have bookish knowledge of marketing but that is not how the actual industry functions. She would be a successful marketer within an organisation if she was actually that good. Instead she is now promoting herself using clickbait names. Honestly it scares me looking at all the audience here and on other videos believing her journey to be the ultimate. There are so many genuine marketers to follow and learn from and this is absolutely not it! Zomato's videos were a team effort and not just hers. I don't understand how people do not understand this. Even her own channel is neither viral nor interesting.

Not meant to rude but consider this as a reflection. When Sahiba first started showing up on our feeds, it was great. She was a sweet and funny host who had effortless conversations with unexpected celebrities. However post zomato, neither she or her channel have lived up to that image. And over the last 9-10 months, it has just been these podcasts where she discusses Zomato. What am I missing? What did she do post zomato? Nothing? After having given it a chance I honestly feel this is all too clickbait-y. I asked some questions on other podcast episodes over the last one year and most of them get deleted. Why? This should be addressed because this is starting to seem ingenuine and is not the right direction for upcoming marketers / impressionable minds. I honestly feel I have been hearing the same zomato story for over a year now. Same thing discussed in multiple podcasts that pop up. While the information shared might help motivate someone starting out, this doesn't seem too updated. Most of the techniques shared are the most basic of what's expected from any employee in a marketing team. Secondly zomato's campaign with Sahiba was a team effort and Akshar Pathak spearheaded this campaign if i'm not wrong. I think audience/marketing enthusiasts would benefit more from an in-depth discussion on how a TEAM builds and grows a campaign from him. It seems to self centered to take complete credit for the success. It takes a team to build a campaign. It is not just about serach volume research (c'mon) shooting and hosting. It is that and so much more. Possible discussion? Next, look at her work with unacademy. The same Khali and a few other influencers like OK Tested and most videos do not show great results. What happened there? Why isn't the failure being discussed, which you can learn from so much! And she disappeared after a few failed videos. To be honest we haven't seen her do anything instrumental or VIRAL in marketing in over a year of her not working for any organisation and that is a telling sign probably. All this podcast discussions doesn't really reflect anywhere. I honestly think this is skimming the surface of what a beautiful profession marketing is and honestly not the real picture. Like they say, Don't talk about it. Act. - A Marketing Professional
