Life is uncertain. It is a challenge for any of us. The path to success may take years to achieve, but the ones that will achieve it are the ones that never stopped to believe it was possible. We are the heros of our own story. Never forget who you are, because you are here for a reason. Embrace the journey, for in every step lies the potential for greatness. You got this brother.

I have schizophrenia and was homeless for 3 years, a junkie and an alcoholic. Finally at the age of 33 I decided to reach out for help and was helped by a charity. I did some therapy, learned some essential life skills and finally given the medication I needed for my schizophrenia. I was given help finding somewhere to live and help looking for a job. 5 years later my schizophrenia is under control, I've been in full time work for 3 years and I haven't touched a single drop of alcohol or drugs for 3 years. Life gets better, sometimes you just need the courage to ask for help. I am forever grateful.

Heart-warming comment, thanks for sharing. I know personally how hard the diagnosis can be. Asking for help is very difficult but so glad you have reached a better part of your life. You are bound to have more of life throwing problems at you but as long as you can overcome, you will be okay.

Dad of two boys here. Wife took them 500km away in the middle of covid lockdowns. Didn't see them for 6 months. Lost my job and almost everything I had, I was very close to become homeless. Things are not great now, I often despair I won't be able to stay in good health, work, and pay all the bills, but at least I see them 50% of the time and I'm debt free. This story brought tears to my eyes.

Pinhead, this vid will not help you at all. It's like Charles Dickens' Great Expectations and the character in it, Wilkins MiCawber, who was always 'waiting for something to turn up.' In his, fictional, case it did, in reality, it doesn't. Success in life is not really that difficult, you just have to find something that you do better than most people, not everyone, just most. That can be through education, learning a trade or finding a talent you have. Find that 'edge', make a plan and relentlessly go for it. Good luck.

When you go through tough times, the worst part isn't the difficulty, but the realization of the fact that the ones you thought you could count on are not trustworthy when they show their true colors. They're with you just for you money or what you can provide. It hurts even more when it's your own wife/girlfriend.

The weight of disillusionment may make every aspect of life very difficult to navigate through. Every step feeling like you are dragged into a black hole of darkness. Success for some might come from sheer luck, but we have the ability to redefine our success, finding meaning in the journey.

@zerobudgetstories You should definitely try to make a video of an average life in Brazil, it's hell on earth itself, even for a teacher, my teacher works from 06:00 to 23:00 and still doesn't get paid enough, the police work practically 24 hours and are constantly threatened by gangs, the army earns almost nothing and barely has weapons, and the good citizen works only to (as we say here ) *Survive* day to day, because there is practically nothing left to invest! It's like living life on "nightmare" difficulty, Giving up on everything here is sometimes not bad, it is a solution, unfortunately, God help us, I hope you read this

Just to give you an idea, a not-so-good car here costs 20-30,000$ and the minimum wage per MONTH is 1200 in my city, not counting taxes, bills and food, it would still take you practically 3 Years to buy a bad car, a good one costs 50-80,000$ practically a decade of working, THIS IS BRAZIL! Don't believe our medias
