Dez, You put together such smart looking outfits for each occasion. I especially loved the white on white with the pink sweater around your shoulders. My wardrobe is a total mishmash, and doubt I will change now, more so since retiring ! You have some lovely clothes, and put them together so well. Also, your make up is gorgeous in this video Dez, very flattering. 😊

Hi lovely 😊 don’t know how I missed this video 11 months ago 😂😂😂😂 you look really lovely in the green dress and the blue one you got on holiday. In the video at least for me the pink sweater looks like it has a warmer undertone . Almost coral or peachy . I love pink but it has to be a cool undertone for me . I never realized before but I can wear so many colours as long as it’s the right undertone. Recently found a blazer and a silk blouse in a gorgeous cool pink colour . ❤

Hi Dez! I loved watching how you put together looks that work for your life. I especially liked that you choose to wear what flatters you instead of what is “on trend” at the moment. I too have tried those “barrel leg” jeans and I just don’t like how I look in them! I think women look the most beautiful when they feel confident. You looked very confident in your looks and especially beautiful in that green dress! You may think that is a strong color and maybe it is, but it’s perfect on you! So pretty! Great analysis of your personal style! ❤ I agree you look great in the all white outfit head to toe. I've never bought the truely skinny jeans because the bottom half of my legs are really skinny. I look better in a straight or flaired jean to soften the bottom half of me. But on you the skinnies look good. Personally I feel the longish dresses look too granny unless you pair them with a delicate sandal. Thanks for a great video!!❤

You do such a good job with your wardrobe. I don't think I've ever spent time actually creating outfits. I just grab bottoms and a top and go. But you've inspired me to try to put together things in a more thoughtful way! You look amazing in the green dress. And I love the pink sweater around your shoulders. If you wear it, what about putting a scarf or something with it to break up all the pink and draw attention up toward your face? Also, a sweater that color in short sleeves, scoop neck, or even a tank, where you see more skin and less pink would tone down the bold as well.

Thanks Tina, and love your suggestions! I don't have any summer scarves so I'll hunt one down - an inexpensive way to add colour. Also the short sleeved t shirt in a bright is a great idea- now all we need is the weather to match 😀

Dez, I swear that you are aging backwards. My clothes are pretty mundane. Casual, and neutral colors. Now, it's all about comfort, especially taking care of a toddler twice a week. I love your fashion style. You aren't failing. You're wearing what makes you feel good. I will never go back to bell bottoms or flares. Those days are over, no matter how "in" they are. I have so so many clothes, I’ve not bought any new clothes in a few yrs now except Fashion Jeans and a few nice tanks for summer. I just went thru both my walk in closet and guest room closet going thru all my clothes. I have so many summer dresses I thought at soon to be 62 would look to young for my age, I then tried them on and I actually wore one today and got so many compliments on it and the sandals I paired with it. I can’t wait to wear all my others. I am fair skinned, skinny and natural blonde with my hair turning really white. I tell people it’s Gods Frost as so many people swear I color my hair. I had my color shades analyzed a few yrs ago and have always leaned towards brown, blacks, tans. Yes very boring. But I have ventured out thru the past few yrs in more soft colorful blouses. You have inspired me to continue to match up several different outfits. I must say, the only time I dress up is for Church and Dr appts. But also enjoy wearing summer dresses even while home.

Oh I love that - God's Frost! Did your colour analysis say you were Winter? I had mine done years ago and I was a Winter, but I think I might be a mixture of Winter with a bit of Autumn (Fall) thrown in. I'm still undecided about whether I like wearing the pink jumper - it's quite a stong colour close to my skin and am not sure I like the look.i was going to sell it but have decided to keep it for now.

I am 73 and would never wear any of this stuff. I am all about comfort & not playing "dress up".

And yet this clothing-- these outfits look quite simple & comfortable as well. My guess is that where we live, & the types of activities we engage in have a strong influence on what we feel comfortable wearing.
