What is your favorite movie with Viggo Mortensen? 🙂 Have a great evening/day/morning, and thank you so much for watching!
VM is a fine actor very talented.
He is a universal mind with so much sensibility and empathy. Excelente trayectoria en todas las ramas del arte. Shakira's father is from Lebanon. Her mother from Colombia. She is very intelligent.

I fully agree :). Thanks!
Viggo is a homo universalis hands down. He is not only an actor ( world class ) but also philosopher, translator avid language learner and culture appreciator. Great Video Dustin. Gut gemacht. Ich freue mich auf das nächste!

Yes I also think it sounds great :-).
He’s definitely underrated. My favorite movie is Hidalgo, maybe that’s the one he learned Arabic for?

Thank you very much for your feedback :). Hm, that might be! I'm not sure. Still many movies that I need to watch :D.
This is really fascinating. I didn't know a lot about Viggo, I have not seen the Lord of The Rings movies (lol, probably the only person in the world not to have seen them). I had never bothered to google him, so, I had just assumed he came from Denmark and therefore, Danish was his first language, so I was stunned to learn from this video that it was not his native language, and indeed, he found it difficult to learn. However, I have seen a short video of Viggo talking about Alzheimer's. My understanding is that he has had a number of family members develop Alzheimer's, I imagine that would make him concerned whether he might develop dementia as well. I hope the multiple languages he has learned might help him prevent such a diagnosis, given that so much research suggests that learning languages can help stave off dementia. He has also directed a movie that covers the topic of dementia (I believe it is also political, but not to get into that subject here). I haven't seen it but it is called Falling, I think it came out around 2020. kzread.info/dash/bejne/eXpqr7l-mZrTeJs.html kzread.info/dash/bejne/d217steblpvUqtI.html

Ah, there are quite a few people who haven't seen Lord of the Rings yet :D. I didn't realize that he had such a Nordic name and just assumed him to be American. But when I did the research for this video I got quite positively surprised. Yes he has talked a lot about this topic and is also aware of the risk to also get it. I think he got himself tested and they couldn't find the genetic marker for that vulnerability in his DNA. I really hope that he doesn't have to suffer through this like his family members. I haven't seen "falling" yet, but it got really got receptions and it's definitely on my watch list. But this is a serious topic and I guess you have to be in the mood for such a complex and emotionally impacting topic. Thanks for the extensive comment, I've enjoyed reading it a lot.
This is motivational.
