A rooster does not hesitate to attack a large dog to protect its territory, a hen will not hesitate to confront a formidable predator to protect its chicks. The rooster is so tenacious that it often manages to scare away dogs and cats. What badass bird!

And they are merciless raptors, I saw chickens that eat mice and snakes, even my little pullets were eating venomous centipedes

They can also be the smartest and sweetest pets ever. I rescued and adopted a gorgeous, young Welsummer rooster in 2010 until he died of old age in December 2019. I still miss him a lot.

I stopped taking photos every day too soon, when the chicken was still in development. But I really liked your video - I hope it gets many views soon! And I hope you'll continue creating those videos - I'll do that too in the coming year (If my health allows it...) Anyway, I wish you every success and look forward to your next videos ! :)

Tolles Video! Sowas erfordert eine Menge Disziplin damit man keinen Termin verpennt.... Bei Deinem Eintagsküken konnte man schon am gelblichen Flaum und am großen hellen Sperberfleck im Nacken erahnen, dass es mal ein Hahn wird. Das geht bei allen gesperberten und gestreiften Rassen. Bei den Bielefelder wurde das dann mit dem Farbschlag "kennsperber" noch perfektioniert. Wenn Ihr ein kurzes Rasse-Spotlight über die Amrocks sehen wollt würde ich mich freuen, wenn Ihr auch bei mir reinschaut.
