Such an informative video! As someone looking to improve their skin health for the longer run, this video really highlighted the fact that before buying new products it is so important to first fix the diet and sleep cycle and then develop a supporting external routine. It also made me more aware of the questions I should be asking my dermatologist before blindly putting on products simply because they have been recommend. Thank you for this ❤

Umm i’ve always had this doubt that sometimes early in the morning or late evening/golden hour very light sun rays are there and if we check the uv index it’s 0. So then can we get sunlight without the spf? (To at least regulate happy and sleep hormones)

While I understand and agree with the circadian cycle being important what about the doctors, pilots and service industry services global clients?! Should they stop answering emergency calls, stop flying and stop doing jobs? There has to be an alternative
