Frittata Vegana - With Cucumber Salad
Welcome to Madeleine's Intuitive Kitchen as she demonstrates how to make a vegan frittata with two main ingredients: whole-grain flour and shredded zucchini, plus some water and a "flax egg" made from ground flax seeds.
As always, all ingredients are organic, and she grinds the 80%spelt, 20% millet in a home stone grinder made by Komo. Madeleine also demonstrates a quick & easy cucumber salad and serves it all up, a delicious, healthy, whole-food vegan meal you can make any time.
