Alright, it's a spoiler but I can explain it: In the genocide route of the game, when you kill all the monsters in a certain area, you get an empty encounter with the text box, saying "but nobody came" and a very ominous music. It's sort of a sign that you've started a genocide route and that there's no going back. I guess this quote in the game is also somehow related to the story of Asriel Dreemur but I cannot remember the details. In the battle Chihiro says "this nobody came", basically calling Frisk a nobody/zero, while also referring to the game quote.

I LOVED Chihiro’s rap, Frisk’s was pretty good too, but I would say Chihiro would win.

In my honest opinion, Frisk and Sans won I'm a fan of both Chiriho and Frisk, but honestly Sans and Frisk had a better flow and delivery, and they had some really clever lines that I feel not a lot of people picked up "You say everything's fine? You must be out of your mind Make spirits split in twine" When I spear it like Undyne" was my favorite, it had such a good flow
