Yes it does but it's about time April stand up to Ethan He has not been treating her well these past episodes Always accusing her for something she didn't do Ethan suppose to know April because they've been together for a while so he must know that April will never kill a patient no matter how she feels about them I love April and Ethan has a couple and would like for them to come back together but I think right now she need some space away from him and get a new love interest Her new love interest should be Dr Lanik because Ethan don't like him That will definitely make Ethan jealous

I mean I really can't see April & Lanik as a couple but they can develop a great friendship/ working relationship that will have others thinking it's more than that especially Ethan. I really want this to happen just to see Ethan's face. Writers please do it. Just for a while. This will be drama

Judy Megan I hope so too but right now April needs a break from Ethan. He has been accusing her a lot lately and I think this episode she has had it with Ethan and I don't give her wrong. I mean Ethan has been in a relationship with April and yet he thought she could kill a patient. That was a hard blow for April to the point where she's questioning his friendship. So keep them apart for the while and when they finally get back together let it be explosive/ off the chart

For once let them do something spectacular when the time comes for Ethan and April when they realise they need each and want to be a serious couple again. Can't wait for that to happen

Personal Acc That is so true Ethan gave April the tablet like if he just give her a get out of jail free card. He acted as if she was guilty and he's there so show her how he got her off. Thank God she didn't accept his lame excuse and put him in his place. It about time she stood up to him. He's being overdoing it by always accusing her of something

Emma K I know exactly how you feel It just doesn't add up The one person Ethan thinks killed a patient was April the woman he was in a relationship with and just because as you said she left him out of the loop for the first time. I can't believe Ethan is so petty and small minded. Even if he had accused any of the other two nurses especially Doris well fine but April. I'm not seeing any grounds for him to accuse her and yet at the end he gave her a lame excuse and expect her to accept it. It's time for April to get a new love interest and forget about her feelings for Ethan Move on girl. Your gain Ethan's loss

@Filip Gasic What mistake? Ethan thought she could kill a patient because just one time she didn't tell him what was going on. The only how it could have been a mistake is if a doctor told her to give a wrong medication or an incorrect dosage which never happened. So yeah Ethan knows April will never jeopardize her job in that manner so he was out of line to even suggest it.

Shalom Israel its not all “shes a murderer”. At the end of the day, Ethan is the doctor and April is the nurse. She legally is bound by contract to keep him in the loop, especially with patients

@@bethg4249 Yeah but the loop was about Hank first. I'm sure he told the nurses his story in confidence, so it was in April's right that she didn't have to tell Ethan anything. Also if the loop contained info about the patient's medical history like medication or sickness, then yes April had to tell Ethan, other than that it was personal, SO April did not and I repeat DID NOT have to tell Ethan

@Laurette Comer April only gets angry when Ethan accuses her of something and he has no grounds or evidence to prove it. In episode 11 he did the same thing. How much more must April take from him. Is she his punching bag? Right now she has a valid reason for questioning his friendship and I hope she stands by her decision until he gets his act right

Conner "cut Ava loose" she came in being a "queen bee", April tell Choi how you fought for his life and now give him a second chance bring Robin back she and Conner can be friends April and Choi make a great team professionally and personally

I understand why so many are on April's side but I kind of get Ethan's perspective. The one person with a code of ethics as strict as his, even if they don't always agree. The person who is perpetually honest and open about how she feels. The person who's never kept anything from him personally or professionally. That person is suddenly acting differently, hiding stuff and taking part of a group that is all acting secretively? That's shady as hell. And on his part, while he definetly handled it wrong, his first instinct was STILL to give her every benefit of the doubt he possibly could. He handled it poorly but I don't think he was entirely unreasonable.

I don't get how 2 people can be First

This show drives me nuts with the way they do things medically. I know it's tv, and I don't expect it to be perfect but the errors are so glaring. Ethan would not have found those syringes in the trash, even though it was biohazard waste. Sharps (needles) go in the sharps container on the wall, which is locked. The epi would have been in the code cart, which typically has zip tags on it and is restocked after each code. You can't just take out epi like that. And the way they run the codes. No code is over that quickly. I guess Chicago Med never heard of antidisrhythmics or ACLS. They have medical experts on the crew. Maybe they should use them.

Given her age, I’m not sure that “South African” was a unified accent at the time; she would have been born under apartheid and, depending on her parents’ views, possibly attended international schools and only interacted with white European residents of SA. It’s a stretch, and I’m not saying that she shouldn’t have done a more authentic South African accent, but they may have actually chosen to make her sound more European to indicate that she had an elitist background.

0:15 if that’s an English accent that’s...that’s bad.... :/
