今日食べに行きました。 外見と店内が少し違ったため、調べてみたところ、建物の老朽化の関係で移転し、現在は川崎市川崎区出来野というところにあるそうです。 ボリュームもあり、普通盛りでも約500g(約2合)のお米を使用してるとのことでしたので、満腹になりました。食べきれない場合は、プラスチックの容器に詰めて持ち帰れました。
中華屋さんなのに白湯なんですね。白湯のタンメンと、ニンニクをたっぷり炒めてスープを入れて麺にかけたのが気になります。食べたい。
