From the store they come pre steamed

How much more soda did you add to the batter? I'm surprised you cook them for 10min because I've done this before and it takes about 2-3min. before it starts to over brown and look too dark. Looks good though.

I believe i eye balled the additional soda, I put just enough to get the right consistency. Cook time will vary based on the temperature of the oil

We love them equally . King Crab Legs aren't as expensive. More plentiful.

Cooking cooked crab in a deep fryer for 10 minutes must be battered rubber. I may be wrong but we shall see. Im going to try this for Sunday lunch
