this made me grin! i couldnt stop myself from eating a few spoons full either, when i first got a jar. this stuff is just SO good. much milder than you'd think, but incredibly fragrant and aromatic, and the texture and color are pure joy. so far my favorite is the chicken flavored sort

I've observed that when eating chili crisp it is imperative to thoroughly coat your lips with the oil - as this somehow makes the flavors pop and greatly intensifies the experience.

Okay, a week+ later, I picked this up at the market. 2 things, 1) I could eat this entire jar in one sitting. 2) absolutely taste the difference between the CTH spoon and a metal spoon.

Omg I love this stuff...ate a whole jar one day. The best!

I live that stuff I put it in melted butter for dipping with my seafood boil...also put some of that in my Ramen noodles lol...it awsome

I like it but mines had a lot of hust from the peanuts in it and was very had to chew or swallow. I usually get the Uami brand with the crunchy garlic in, that's the best one for me but this one is ok

I did NOT know that MSG occurs naturally in Tomatoes! Interesting!!!

Korean bbq 😋 I make a sauce with soy sauce, lime , diced green onions , diced garlic & put a spoon full of spicy chili crisp by Lao Gan ma.. I get my veggie wrap , put my Korean bbq of any meats with korean perilla leaf , bean sprouts , rice put some sirracha & i just dip my wrap filled with goodness in the sauce I made. Feel free to try , thank me later ...

Love it on sardines.
