@@pakkagewa4591 I cook and deep fried a lot of food. That white shaving must be some kind of flour/ cornstarch of some short. In the South of the US, we use also use corn meal for a crisp of the skin. The only way to find is to test combinations until the pork skin is crispy. Or someone that speaks Korean call the place up and ask for the recipe.

10년전 알바할때 장난 삼아 돈가스처럼 튀겨서 먹어봤었는데 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 이게 나오네

เป็นเมนูที่หน้ากินมากครับ กินกับข้าวสวยร้อนๆ ผักกาดดอกสับ น้ำจิ้มเปี้ยวหวาน ฟินสุดๆครับ

This is amazing,I’m from German decent and my husband processes a lot of pork and we smoke the hocks or cook them till the meat falls of the bone and use them in a perogge which is a meat filled dumpling that is deep fat fried and served with a delicious sweet white sauce ,,,,,either way the meat is delicious......what do you do with the heads?

Está condimentos precisa cozinhar a carne a bastante tempo. Você nunca pensa que está carne é gostoso, mais é mais delicioso que a carnê de vaca. Com cerveja é melhor do mundo.
