The reason why Fields stock is down is because Poles has done such a good job at hinting he's drafting Caleb that teams know that the Bears have to move Field so there's no need to offer much! Basically, it's a fire sale!

But is Poles going for the super team, or POSSIBLY the potential Mahomes jr. The draft capital we can acquire by trading the pick basically puts the in the most complete team status immediately. Honestly, I dont think the decision has been made yet.

Maybe Poles wants everyone to think the Bears are a lock for CW. Which means if other teams want him they feel like they need to come in big.

Fields unfollowing the Bears social media may have been a miscalculation by Fields' camp. Fields gets his haul on May 2nd, 2024! 💰💰💰

I keep telling you about Theo Johnson. He would be a great 3rd pick. Keep in mind with Theo Johnson that he was playing with another future NFL TE in Tyler Warren, who had 34 rec 422 yds and 7 TDS. yes, Penn State had 14 TDs from these two TEs last season. Warren is also 6'6", around 260 lbs and super athletic and can catch and run routes as well as block. Warren is staying in school. Like I've mentioned before, Theo Johnson reminds me of another Kmet. That would be cool.

I got guys at the combine, friends, and not only is Caleb the talk, he’s the trend setter. One thing of note, Maye did not win the interviews, the old guard like him because he’s pretty typical, he is the generic QB with the generic QB answers. When I say old guard I mean old, like old NFL executives, old, team scouts. Guys like that. Among the media and a lot of GM’s it was all Caleb. He was way better than expected, extremely polished, and his first question was some frantic moron, and he handled unbelievably well. Then all the QB talk with Simms got a lot of Buzz, teams felt he really understood QB play and was a student of the craft. Then he did his thing with Rice and everyone loved that. The USC players were all talking about what a great teammate he was. I loved his interview. He has the it factor, he has that rockstar thing going on. He’s just got it. To me personally, Maye and Daniels were not impressive. Maye sounded and looked like a HS QB, Daniels was very nervous. I think my second favorite interview was Nabers, I just liked him, he was fun, nice personality. I think one thing to understand is Caleb came off very much like a guy in charge, and very much a leader. As you watch everyone else is copying him. Maye opts out, Daniels opt out, Bowers opts out, Nabers opts out. He’s a dude, and I think very much a voice of his generation. Love him or hate him, he has the it factor. People are mentioning also how he came in, in off season mode, growing out the hair kinda scruffy, just focusing on workouts and stuff. Gym Bros know, we get like that, where it’s just, workout, food, rest, nothing else matters. I liked him, he handles his business, the stuff with Simms was the best though, cause there it was just football. Talking QB play and as soon as that started, he got right into it, talking grips, base, what QB had this base, what QB had this grip, all the training he does to perfect his mechanics. That’s the kind of stuff Brady did, that’s kind of stuff Rodgers did. Notice how he focused on those two. Personality wise, that’s who he reminds me of, and the amount of work he puts into his craft, very much like those 2. Not all QB’s do that. Manning was like that too, just very professional about the craft and work that goes into it to it. Not many QB’s go that far with it. One of his favorite things to do, is draw up plays. Seeing his interactions with Rice, seeing how he opens up when talking football and the in-depth detail he studies the game at, he was very impressive.

He has already had a ton of media training so its not surprising. I think he's the first self made millionaire in the college draft. He's got a PR team, lawyers, all that stuff. Hopefully his play can back it up.

Bears might have to wait until the free agent QB’s sign before a team will trade for him, or keep him until one of these starting QB’s get hurt?

I also don't understand why Penix isn't in the group of the top QB prospects. He's the best of the bunch. Avoid the dress wearing finger nail painting mama's boy Caleb. He's emotional and angry like his mama. He will bring and create so much drama. He's not a leader of men.

When you stink you don't want to compete and you unfollow the team that pays you millions of dollars to play football ... that's how you send a message to Poles.

I'm not understanding why you are saying getting a 3rd rd pick for Fields isn't a good look? Isn't a good look to who? The Justin Fields lover boys, like Adam Mason and Swifty? You're surprised other teams grade Fields realistically? Reality will set in for the Fields fan boys soon. The rest of the league isn't blind like the Fields lovers cult. What's attractive about a QB who can't read a defense, hasn't thrown for 2,600yds in a season, hasn't thrown for more that 17 TDs in a season, averages a turnover per game, has a 60% completion%, is the worst 4th qtr QB in the league, misses games every season and is 10-28 as a starter? Are you telling me that's not attractive to other teams? Amazing. Fields value to other teams is based on his poor play.
