With that new design and the arcade even getting a touch up with brighter colors it feels a lot more retro and very 90's esque, love that did this a ton for Kapi, it fits so perfectly! Plus it makes me even more happy to know that he's back now, that's another OG mod that joins the party once again!

Kapi's new movement pattern is sooooo much smoother! It really is like he grew up and honed his DDR skills. The tracks also still slap quite hard too! The team should be proud.

@@astraldusk7288 his original animations are reminiscent of old school freestylers, they’re not unrealistic, honestly takes a lot of skill to play that way lol. Using your hands and stuff is quite typical of In The Groove as well as some of their charts require you to bend down and use your hands

This mod has hit me with nostalgic feels. Even the mod came out almost a year ago, it just felt nostalgic. Technically an awesome and fantastic mod overall.

I miss it when everyone didn't get nostalgic about a game months after its release

I never expected Kapi to come back with a new update, but I was happy to see him again because it was my favorite mode so far.

Yeah, and I'm pretty glad they didn't include the story here, because the story in fnf mods can feel kinda forced and nonsensical, here instead of doing that it decides to do interesting and unique things with the fnf engine

The thing I like about Kapi's mod in general, whether it be the original mod or the reboot, is how it takes the uninspired gameplay of FNF and brings it back to its source. As weird as it is for a singer to duke it out with a DDR player, it is an interesting thing to see, and it is one of the only mods where it makes sense for the mod to be hard (Kapi is a DDR pro, after all).

Y'know I never expected old mods to return with a new update, for example the Whitty mod. Hopefully MFM gets an update where we finally see an offical Rasazy song (but I highly doubt this will happen but who knows).

its possible that MFM will come back, but 1/3 of the devs are actually active, mike geno is the only active one left, the other 2 are focusing on real life, the chances of MFM coming back is incredibly low, i really wish for a official Razasy song though

This is in a way quite impossible to happen, since the characters are from dokkidoddlez, who currently use another name now, she even changed fandom and doesn't use the characters, she deleted everything about Sarv and Ruv and already explained why not wanting Rasazy in the mod. Well, who knows if she'll change her mind, but after the death threats she's received and the way she is now.. it's pretty hard to imagine any updates.

Songs are banger, animation is so smooth, my favorite pieces are getting remixed. Easily one of my favorite FNF mods. 4:36 I'm a Chopin fan and this is simply amazing :)

That slapped seriously hard, the esthetic is great and the animations are on point. Overall incredible mod!

It's awesome to see some older fnf mods from the 2021 return. I hope we can get to see more madness combat mods and other mods return

Man, this has been a remaster marathon! first Hex The Weekend, then Whitty Definitive Edition, and now Kapi v2!

Holy moly... Sanctuary's character voices are so cool! Reminds me of earthbound music with the background and the instrumentals

This is pretty damn cool. I've honestly gotten annoyed at mods where the characters have gotten in some situation where somehow they've met the fnf boyfriend without explanation, but this one seems to actually use the FNF engine to do its own thing. Idk why more mods dont do that

Was slightly expecting this since there was a smaller update before this one dropped God this update is just oozing with charm and that 80s-90s aesthetic with that mario kart style 321go traffic light Moewgen and scratch post didnt need to go that hard Did not expect to see pyoro of all things to appear in this, the concpet of the arrows being fruits that you catch is so unique, the song and the city in the background gave me the same vibes as eyemaze's grow games Sanctuary is... sanctuary

of course they will, these mods should get some credit, for that there will be exclusive official support for mods soon (one of many Kickstarter promises)

I feel like some mods, this one included, wouldn’t necessarily benefit from an update. That is, until I see said updates, then I’m all for ‘em.

Idk i kinda liked the old design more, but this mod burns my eyes with just seeing it, it's just...*chef kiss* perfection.

I'm gonna be honest, I'm not a fan of Kapi's new look. But the addition of new content is a huge plus from me, so it's all pretty much cool :)
