G'day Dave. It's always great seeing your videos pop up. Here in Melbourne, my shop is covered in dust. Normally, I'm on top of it, but this year seems different, a lot heavier. So thanks for sharing man ✌️ Peace from Melbourne Australia.

Hi Kevin, good to hear someone else has a dust problem. Mine is mainly from the asphalt road in front disintegrating as cars drive by. The dust is always black. Cheers!

Soft wire wheels like that one are often called "carding" wheels.

@@TheMiniMachineShop It's a gunsmith term. These 'soft' wheels will remove surface rust without removing blueing or plating from metal.

Acetylene becoming unstable could be explosive. Mig and tig require a flowmeter and a flow test tool for measuring at torch for tig.

I would like to see some CNC projects. Any type of lathe and mill work would be nice. I have the 50’x1/4” Flexzilla and I think it's great.

@@TheMiniMachineShop I have been building home made CNC machines since 2009. I find them simply fascinating. My current build is a 3D printer.

@@taranson3057 Hi, I love watching CNC videos myself. I did do some CNC videos years ago with the 3018 and enjoyed working with it and improving it. But unless you constantly use it the knowledge on CAD and Gcode disappears. I would have a hard time now trying to remember things. A 3D printer isn't an easy build!

You can take your 100' air hose to a shop that services hydraulics. They can cut the 100' hose in half and install new ends to accept the pneumatic connectors. You'll have *two* 50-footers!

Amazon does sell the Flexzilla ends so I could do it myself. But for now don't know what I want to do. Ordered the 1/4 50' and might give the 100 to my uncle. Cheers!

Dave, I agree totally the Flexzilla hose is fantastic, its cheap, and it will standup to a lot of abuse. I learned many years ago that cheap quick-connects are garbage. I use only the Milton brand - they don't leak. As far as a topic for the future - do you have any kind of DIY water separator on your compressor? I'm talking about a DIY method to drop-out the free-water before it gets to the commonly used separator/filter/desiccant assembly. With heavy use those little silica-gel dryers don't last long. I'm considering either water cooled or air cooled.

Love Flexzilla sutuff! No, I don't feel the need for a separator after the compressor what I want is something to keep water from getting into the tank and rusting it. That is my biggest concern as I'm getting pin holes from rust.

Here is another project you could make. An air compressor manifold. Perhaps some shop tools that a beginner can make.

You should show turning operations , show some newer hobbiest some tools to make, like die holders, tapers, tool holders, training, threading boring. U should also show turning other metals and materials. Like titanium, and other 'differnt " and uncommon materials. U can always keep videos ongoing even if there is some over-lap
