You are asking “why he didn’t read bismillah arrahmaan arraheem” after saying “audhibillah min ashshaytaan arrajeem”. It’s because he started from the middle of a Surah, rather than the start. You do not say bismillah if you are not starting from the start of a Surah. ♥️😁
