@aliguzar I pray that pakistan wd live upto its expectations and not be just another failed democracy? And its not only the politicians are to blame, its every individual's responsibility and probably the failure of the religious scholars to stand up to the evil rulers. Worse is the treatmemt of the minority, which has given Pakistan a bad image.

First of all, I would ask Allah SW to prolong sheikh's life and health. Dr. Yasir and his companion are doing wonderful contribution to Muslims in America and to ummah at large. I swear to Allah today's topic relates to a question that has been obsessing to my mind. Looking to the unfolding genocide, I was asking my self about Islamic glorious days. Finally I would like sheikh to prepare episodes about ummah's ups and downs, so that the new generation can learn the history and relates it with the situation they go through. Thank you all.

Wallahie he need those detailed history lessons so that we could learn from our past mistakes and do better. even in this lecture most of the downfalls he mentioned happened cuz we were fighting one another brothers against each other for the sake of this worldly life, and that's the same thing happening rn now we not in power but we still love worldly things copying the kafir's lifestyle, their music parties, haram dating, bad language etc and we don't see that's what's harming us more than anything as an ummah.

Alhamdillah I love his lectures that bring in Islamic history and would love to see a whole series that goes more in depth into this history. I'm homeschooling my kids and want them to have the balanced history education that is missing in most schools (in the US at least), in sha Allah

false, it is given in Palestine, Afghanistan, pakistan, Malaysia, indonesia, Mauritania, yemen. lebanon and iraq. combined they make up 70% of the muslim population in the world

Much needed at current context. People are fighting for Shia and Sunni. Divide and conquer. Same old techniques. Same old mistakes. May Allah make the ummah to understand.

Shia and Sunni divisions is not the problem because Sunni make up to 85-90% of the Muslim ummah.

He is one of the best.

Today Islamic Ummah is as its peak...with Iran leading the ummah, by standing up as the only country against the enemy of humanity, the Zionist regime. I used to be Sunni, but I realized, that Prophet PBUH left Holy Quran and his Progeny / Ahl Al Bait (AS) to lead the ummah. I realized that truth is with the SHIA Muslims.
