Great story..thanks for sharing your journey. I was diagnosed with non-hodgkin myself in around April 2021. Went through uncountable hospital visits at a local hospital, the doctors and staff were great in assisting me. I had my ups and downs through the course of treatment; anxiety, oblivious with the whole new happenings in my life. (I worked as a teacher/lecturer and was active in sports-was sports master in the institution where i taught) I went through 6 chemo cycles and was blessed because I responded well to the treatment, despite the ordeal of having confined and post chemo side effects. I was determined abd believed that I could take the pressure and challenges- thanks to my family members who supported me.(I kept this health issue from my friends) Finished my 6 cycles in November 2021 and now in remission. Untill now I am still quite in the dark of my health issue. I am now spending most of my time in the village to relax and enjoying everyoment; doing lots of manual labour in the gardern yo stay active. I love growing plants especially vegetable and rearing freshwater fish in the fish ponds. It has been around 8 months now, and still suffer mild depression and frustration. But I think I am handling it positively. I try to watch my diet wherever and whenever I can; lots of plant based food. I hope and wish to continue to stay positive and happy. 💪💪 I wish to find someone who can give me guidance and assurance especially on ehat lifestyle I should adopt; physical activities and diet. Cheers to all..life must carry on.
