Wedged through tenons on those door stiles are way superior than stopped tenons
Well presented, Thank you. I'm a glazier and I'd want a deeper rabbet (5/8 or 3/4) for an insulated unit, as standard sealant sight line is 1/2". But love the set - it's on my wish list

Nah, it's drill bits that are boring.
one huge bottle neck in this whole process……the mortising machine.
Is that raised panel bit the same size as the cupboard door bits

No. These are not cupboard door bits. These bits are for entry doors e.g. 24, 28, 32, 36 x 80, 84 etc For internal or external (house) doors. Hope that helps.
Can we make 1 inch thick cabinet doors with this set?

The thinnest material that can be used 1-3/8" stock. The thickest materials that can be used 1-3/4" stock. It cannot be used for 1" thick lumber, I tried it for myself and I know.
