This video is part of a long series that presents different aspects of “The Living Method” of Spiritual Awakening, which began to present itself in 2012 through Fred S. Davis. It's a new and original approach to Realization. This is not a path leading to "awakening." There is no path to awakening. In 2023 Fred Davis appointed Dr. Glenda M. Tavormina to be the first authorized teacher of "The Living Method" of Spiritual Awakening. Glenda’s initial awakening was an explosive experience in 1988. That experience was followed by 32 years of seeking to recreate it, until seeking ended in 2020 when she experienced “The Living Method” teaching. “The Living Method” was the death of seeking, the birth of true Realization, and the door to the Freedom path. “The Living Method” approach helps students and clients uncover immediate Realization. This is achieved purposely through one-on-one Awakening Sessions, small group Awakening Sessions, using pre-recorded on-demand video courses, or spontaneously through reading Fred's books, watching his videos, or in Sunday Satsang. Following Realization there IS a path - the path of clearing away the believed thoughts and assumptions that have kept us from noticing the immediacy of Freedom.

Thank you Fred, this was great. This unit followed the Headless way years ago , it was fun and interesting and I noticed this unit still somewhat follows it to this day. When you were trying to grab the mouse I thought at first that you were talking about a real mouse that was loose in your room and you really had me cracking up, thanks a lot for the laughs, have a great day!

Whatever it does. As clarity rises, skillfulness in life does too. But not necessarily in all things! I notice unskillfulness here a couple of places that seem to remain unaffected. I believe you have to WANT patterns to change more than you don't want them to. Apparently, I, meaning Awakeness seeping through the Fred unit, am still a bit balky in a place or two.❤️
Doubt keeps appearing. And worry about being a fake. Is that a worry about bypassing? Whatever it is, it keeps appearing. Does that ever end for good?

No. In my experience that's normal. Nisargadatta Maharaj said, "Doubt is the last thing to go." Refer to your experience and not your thinking ABOUT your experience and you'll be better off!❤️

@@FredDavisNondualitythank you. 🙏🏼 That’s what I’ve been doing, because it’s obvious to do that, it brings me back to peace. (Not that what you said wasn’t needed or appreciated, just that it felt bad because it was so obvious, and I thought more doing or understanding was needed) Perhaps with your confirmation this looping can stop.
