This sweet & sour Chhundo or Relish is made using a Cooking Apple due to its tartness. My mum doesn't 'cook' the apple but instead lets it marinate a little with the other ingredients to make this a fresh apple chundo.
It goes really well with curries, appetisers or anything you want to enjoy it with! It's wonderful to have handy to perk up any meal! I hope you enjoy this recipe & video!!

1 Large Cooking Apple (285g)
1 Medium Onion (90g)
2 Green Chillis
2 Medium Cloves Garlic (or 1 Large Clove)
1/2 tspn Salt
1 tspn Ground Cumin
2 TBSP Sugar
