Hi I have started giving multivitamins and Fish oil on alternative days for my 3 year son. his speech as increased a lot ( more functional speech) but his repetitive behavior seems to be more than before ( hand flapping and head moving side to side) should I stop fish oil for a while ?

Hello..Ina ji...my 3.2 yr child is saying just nouns, but 3 to 4 verbs and this is limited to his needsthats also not always.He follows most of the commands and go with elder kids. But he is not playing with younger kids.All other works he does very well by his own. He gives food to dogs, cows and also say to dogs/ monkeys to leave our house, sings song like Hindi songs or lorry, not clearly ,but sings. He knows the steps of cooking, Puja etc. But he avoids to talk. He always wants to read books and says me to write.He is not interested to write himself. So, is he in the spectrum?
