Dinam.............................brings back special memories of a time my late wife and i spent in that lovely town. Dinners outside the city wall down along side the river. Trips to St. Malo and Cancale. Love France.

I went to the wonderful little town of Dinan several years ago, and walked a forested trail from there to the tiny, very charming Lehon, where this house is. What a fabulous area to live!

Makes me long for new knees so I can do those gorgeous stairs! This is why French people are so trim - that and lots of walking to the different shops for wine, cheese, bread & meat!….and who wouldn’t want to walk everywhere with all that BEAUTIFUL scenery to take in while you’re strolling the cobblestone pathway - such a wonderful lifestyle!! The price is nice too.

You can buy a mansion for this price that requires lots of fixing. Way better value for money. Still, this is far better value than the rip-off prices in the UK.

The difference being that the mansion would be out in a rural situation away from everything, and this one is in Dinan, which is one of the most popular touristy areas in Brittany. And whether it be UK , France or elsewhere, the touristy areas are always a lot more expensive.

@@TheFrenchPropertySpecialists At one time yes, but we are in different times, now 47% of all auto entrepreneurs have closed in France, people don’t have the money to travel, plus the introduction of 15 minutes cities, Digital ID, Facial recognition and social credit system, sadly there will be less tourists, less money, and with the excess death rates from the C19 bio weapons, more properties on the market pushing down prices!

Dark, dingy, probably overpriced. nICE that they re-use them but not mu idea of a place to live and probably expensive.
