Agence NEWTON - The French Property Specialists
With over 35 years of experience in real estate in France. We have a French SAS company with a French transaction card and a head office in France, the only difference is that we do not have a high street agency with a window to attract curious passers-by. Our window is the world wide web and social media, and the advertising of properties on a multitude of real estate portals, in France and abroad.
The agency is growing rapidly and now covers the following areas of France:
· Normandy - La Manche, and Calvados departments
· Brittany - Morbihan and Cotes d’Armor, and a few in Finistère or Ile et Vilaine
· Limousine region - Corrèze and Haute Vienne departments
· Aquitaine area - the Quercy tourist region, in the Dordogne, Lot et Garonne, Tarn et Garonne and the Lot departments
We are actively looking for new members to extend our coverage of all areas of France.

Is this still for sale?
Sadly, the property has already been sold, but if you're interested in buying a property in this area, please contact us through our website and we can help you further with your research.
Love it❤
Great Value for money….
It is not necessary to eat lead paint to be poisoned by it. The dust from flaking or chipped paint can also present a hazard to small children playing on the floor. Doing unsafe renovation or repainting might also spread contamination.
I think he meant expensive areas not cheap.. you can buy beautiful homes 2,000 ft² for under $150,000 US dollars!!!!!!? It's a buyer's market in France right now lots of British expats moving back to the UK
No I definitely meant the cheapest, and this video was based on the official figures released at the time. And I don't know where you got the "Brit's moving back" bit from, there are some, but many are just moving in France or down sizing.
I like it

Portrait mode seriously ?
We are working to ensure that future videos are filmed in landscape mode for a better viewing experience.
Just an opinion. It would be nice if the individual agents had some consistency in their filming. Give them a standard methodology to film in... (aka 1080, landscape mode, at least 5 minutes filming, step by step film yard, film house exterior, film interior, include land map, utilize either voice over to discuss property).
I got 18 seconds into the video and had to stop.
Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your suggestions for achieving consistency in our property tour videos.
Did you really mean to upload a video for Instagram to KZread? It looks terrible!!!
We understand that the video quality may not be ideal. Since individual agents have been creating their own videos, we’ve had to work with the varying quality of content provided. We’re aware of the inconsistencies and are working on improving the overall quality and presentation of our videos. We appreciate your patience and feedback
How do I find this property on your web site?
Sorry, this property has been sold. However, you can visit our website at www.agencenewton.com/ and type the property's reference number into the correct section to find more information.
@@TheFrenchPropertySpecialists I tried that. I used every combination of CC-4342 I could think of. But nothing came up.
Thank you so much for breaking that down for me. I feel much better now!
Happy to help!
I’ll take it!..Oh, it probably requires some kind of money exchange. Never mind. If not though, I’ll take it.
Haha, if only! 😉
Beautiful property !! ❤
We agree!
Dom Ouv, once only or every year?
What a nice home! Who wouldn't want to live there?

Hi there, you might want to check out this playlist then: kzread.info/head/PLQrC3hef-Btr_rdecvrjORrMesezM0DFx&si=AkCjFTrHVa6LwKcl
Wonderful video's.
Many thanks!
@@TheFrenchPropertySpecialists It's possible I will be in contact next year when I retire.
Very useful. Thank you. If you are British and get a job in France, do you still need to apply for a visa or is this something your employer sorts out on your behalf?
Thank you for your comment! If you're British and get a job in France, you will need to apply for a visa and then a residency card (titre de séjour). Your employer can help with the necessary documents, but the application process is your responsibility.
@@TheFrenchPropertySpecialists thank you for this info
Gorgeous property !! Thank you for sharing .. I’m sure it won’t last long ❤

Bordeaux.

Sadly, no, the property has been sold.
excellent advice. thanks for the video.
Thank you for watching the video, and we are happy to help!
Alsace
It would have made all the difference if you had printed/shown the place names instead of us trying to figure out what you're saying. Oh well.
KZread is a constant learning curve and this video was one of my first ones 2 years ago. And personally, I think asking politely has more effect than just moaning....
@@TheFrenchPropertySpecialists Je comprends. Early days & learning. But remember, one person's constructive comment is another person's moan. Perspective. Cheers.
Hello, are you able to share the price of the home?
Hi there, its in the 1st line of the description
€272000
I really liked the house, and the garden was so beautiful. Nice listing.
Hello. Sorry to bother you. My grandpa Olivier Pinel lived in Le Ferrière-Harang before going to Canada in 1910. His parents were Francois and Euphrasie Pinel. I'm taking my dad who is 89 to Normandy France as he didn't go with the family in 1994 when they took my grandpa back to Normandy France. Most of the relatives that took my grandpa back to France are not living anymore so I'm having a hard time figuring out which house he lived in. I have pictures from when they went to France in 1994 and your property looks somewhat similar. Do you know the Pinel family or know which house I might be referring to? I have pictures of the house when they went in 1994. Another relative went years later and said the inside of the house is renovated now.
The preoperty is now sold, but if you email [email protected], she will know a lot more about it.
Thanks! I sent her an email.
I've got property in France I'll want to sell and need help
If you could email me some information on [email protected], I can see what I can do.
What a delightful home the stone work is really so nice to see. The price is a steal. I wonder what the tax on the house is each year? I would guess maybe 25 thousand USD
Due to it's rural setting you can divide that by 10 !!! Actually at 2172€ per annum.
That is very useful, thanks. I'd add one thing with respects to the 90 day period. If you visit anothe EU country that also contributes to your 90 total.
You are right, admittedly when I made the video we were in the early days of post-Brexit, so all wasn't clear then
Gorgeous views beautiful house 😮❤
❤France and there houses 🏠. But have to pay for notary fees and other fees on top of the 199, 900 is way outta my price range . It’s not like this in the states why is France 🇫🇷 so high priced
Its a completely different system. Notary's fees are around 6-7% on the price, that is the only addition. Of those fees about 70% goes to the state as taxes. In France you are taxed at the time of purchase, not all year round, year in year out for your house. Tax wise and cost of living wise, you need to compare everything French to everything American to get a better idea.
Where in the USA are you referring to?
France high priced in term of housing ???🤣🤣 You actually know those are real houses made of real stones with real tiles on roof? And not wooden mobilhome ??? France is still a very affordable country to whoever want to be a landlord. Ask the british they ll tell you what they get for 200 000/230 000 in the UK!!!
What state do you live in?
you can’t even buy an apartment in the Netherlands for that price … beautiful home
No charm....they renovated it out.
Link does not open ?
Hello there, thanks. Corrected now. agencenewton.online/CC-4286
Thanks so much
Looks fantastic.... just goes to show how affordable France is compared to the UK. Unfortunately couldn't buy this property purely because of the village name! 😂
Thank you for your comment! We're glad you like the property. France indeed has some fantastic and affordable options compared to the UK.
I would prefer a person to tell me the details on the video rather than music and symbols
Thank you for your comment! We understand that having someone speak in the video would be helpful. As we are based in France and have a diverse international clientele, we opted for symbols to ensure broader understanding across all nationalities. However, we greatly appreciate your feedback and will consider it for future videos. Thank you again!
Well, not really much to say, as not really anything to see! 😮
We appreciate your feedback! The short video is intended to showcase the surrounding land using drone footage. If you'd like to know more about the property and see what the inside looks like, please feel free to visit our website for more information and photos.
Beautiful.... but unfortunately far away from downtown city.... therefore I believe a bit dangerous to leave there due to the invasion in Europe! 😔
Invasion???? Which film are you referring to?
very helpful thank you
You're welcome! Glad to hear you found it helpful!
very helpful
Oh My.......It's sooooooo beautiful !
Is there a garden .?
There is a garden is 444 m², but sadly this property has been sold.
Thank you
