It's a very interesting history with this building, and there's a standing maintenance agreement with the local village that goes back a few hundred years, and just needs to be ratified. As far as Canon Law and Estate Law go, you couldn't ask for a better cornerstone to protect your fortune, ratify ancient banking privilages and set your property outside the legal jurisdiction of French National Law.

What's the beautiful! Who owned this castle? How many genera lived in it? I liked the general feeling of some age-old aristocratic antiquity, wicker bears in the yard, trimmed trees by the pool, and the view from the balcony to the Pyrenees! ..

I think this castle has been used in the film industry in particular Hollywood...so it has lots of value in the humanities.....

Ever thought of classical background music? Better than wind and noise and would add a lot to the video. I have been watching all of your videos and really enjoy them. Didn't realize there where so many of these beautiful old structures left! Thanks so much for sharing them!

I would like to give you some suggestions. 1. Give a overall look to the view, you don't have to repeat. Get the great views out of the way, sometimes you can sell the property because of the view. 2. Show the living room / area, dining room/area, and the kitchen second plus any bath rooms that off of those areas. 3. The bedrooms next and any bath rooms. 4. Last show any extras - as pools, entertainment areas. Personally I am Interested BUT if you had started out I suggested, it would have kept me interested from the start. It doesn't hurt to maybe try it like I suggested it and maybe you may show more & sell more. Like said if you can show me pictures of this place if it still available, I would be most interested because I just got my inheritance and I am ready to SPEND. Sincerely, Miranda Kirby-Shoemaker
