I have a spin master grave digger rc that only went about 10 miles an hour but I upgraded the motor and now it the same speed and the rc’s shown in this video

I highly doubt the trucks in this video are getting anywhere near their actual top speeds, they're being driven in a controlled manner within a relatively small space. Also, Spin Master produces toy grade cars with plastic wheels and without proportional control. You wouldn't be able to control a modified one if it was actually that fast.
