What kind of body was on the black one?
Where do y’all race at?
0:40 My truck “Going 4 Broke” is on the red ramp. For the racing debut, it was disastrous because I didn’t have Front wheel drive due to a loose gear, so I had to back out. I got it fixed now, so expect me to race properly next year!
Michigan Ice Monster frfr
To me The truck at 8:30 should have won

Question. Any one know what type/ brand rc is accepted as a monster truck for racing, could I use a hpi savage (savage x converted to 3s) or a t-maxx? Is there a clear rule book ruling as to what chassis are allowed. I would imagine as long as it has center drive shafts below the chassis. Would be considered a monster truck...unlike a truggy style monster like a arrma notorious or granite. Anyone with an answer it would be great. Thanks
Sorry, but what makes a monster truck a monster truck is solid axles. So anything independent suspension doesn’t really fit the bill. Our club requires solid axle, as do most.
@@TriggerKingRC so what about a redcat Everest 10? Or more specifically what brand and or RC are accepted because that's what I want to get into. So any info helps
@@TriggerKingRC because if you are going just by solid axle virtually any crawler fits that criteria
@@georgeoutthebox6245Losi lmt or axial smt10 based
Lol I say again slow mo in-between races lol
You want to see more slow-mo?
@TriggerKingRC yeah like the real thing. Especially the close races.
That barn has potential, you should hang some banners and fix it up 😃 should also dust off the jumps so the colors pop ever so often
Some great points. We plan on hanging some banners, but at this event, the building was brand spanking new. So really was no time to do so. Keep the ramps clean is always an issue when racing on dirt. Wish there was a good way to keep them bright.
I love these videos !
Glad you like them!
🔥🔥🔥
Love everything yall post
A retro truck clodbuster based, is just that. The early days of the full sized trucks were bouncy and sloppy and had real crushing power and the suspension was what it was. So motors on axle sucks but that’s what we have. No matter how much money you sink into it, it still is old technology. Tamiya really needs to up their game. I built an axial smt10 but it was the wrong size and still didn’t feel like the real thing.
Thank you, this is what I needed to see. I’m getting a 2s lipo!!!
Glad we were of assistance.

The Tamiya TXT2 would be almost perfect for a scale look chassis of the Era, but Tamiya would have to re release these. I have one built to what my local group calls "pro mod"
The claw was just a ripoff of the animal
Dude this is awesome... the. Guy thats commentating is on point! I think i love thix stuff!😊❤
Very good
Good racing boys!
Nice !!
I love this video - great work on using the original Clod Buster promotional video's audio from Tamiya. That brings back fond memories from when I was a kid and I used to watch all of those Tamiya videos at my local hobby shop and drool over all of the cars and trucks that I could not afford. Also, that is a beautiful truck! Thank you for sharing it with everyone!
👍👍😁👌
These trucks handle great! What chassis and suspension are they using?
Some Axial based trucks, some Tamiya Clod Buster, some Losi LMT.
What chassis does Bear Foot Racer use? That’s a pretty mean front engine look
It is an ACRC Havoc 3D. ACRC currently does not produce anything, but he may restart again at some point.
Nice !!! love the videos !
Where is my boy Josh Rodes? and what chassis is that on the El Torro Zombie Truck? Congrats Big Bob is kickin butt!
I believe the el toro truck is a black market rc brd chassis
Lol so damn awesome!
Cool run, happy Anniversary and question. Do you charge lipos between heats if you advance or just switch out?
The batteries we use will last all day...both brackets in a class. We just aren't putting that much runtime on the battery with each pass. Most have a battery for each truck in each class. Even swapping batteries between trucks and classes, it would probably make it through the entire day without a charge.
@buphelow ah ok. I just thought for the amount of throttle you guys use it would drain them abit faster than usual. Good to know. Also what's your favorite class?
👍👍😁
What make and model of truck do you guys run?
most are custom chassis
In this Retro class, we strictly use Tamiya Clod Buster based vehicles. The chassis' vary, but all use Clod axles and suspension (with a couple of grandfathered-in exceptions). Our other classes have a slew of various other trucks and platforms. bigfoot-4x4.myshopify.com/pages/tk
