I’m from Rich City (Richmond, CA). When he said he got it out that Easy Bay Mud, he’s talking about the organization that cleans our sewage (EBMUD). He got it out the filth! I know you don’t only have to be from the Bay to get that, you have to be from the East Bay. I caught that Lock! That was a BAR!

I love that a punchline for him is often a hard fact or harsh reality, as opposed to wordplay, which he can obviously do also.

Thats literally what Big Daddy Kane and KRs One said who are pioneers and were outside during infancy of lyricism. Both off the dome and writtens with no specific content are freestyles.
