FreeSkating New York City - Powerslide Arise
In this video, I "FreeSkate" New York City at a rapid pace on the Powerslide Arise with the Endless Blading 90 LR frame. I begin on the Upper West Side and skate through the heart of the city that never sleeps, down through Hudson Yards ending up in Chelsea.
I'm skating on the Powerslide Arise, with the Endless Blading 90 LR frame, Wicked Abec 9 bearings, and 90 mm Rollerblade hydrogen wheels. I think it's timely to put rollerblading as an official sport so people will learn how to do it safely, because it's a healthy sport and tones the body, environmentally friendly, it boost mental health and a great way to know people. It even slows down aging too.

Hey rollerblading and also a lot of yardwork has made me insanely ripped. I skate on the main roads and sometimes get flipped off. But I think most people really enjoy seeing you do some tricks.

Hey, bro. How old are you?
i love how confident you are when you stake thru intersections, it looks like all the street lights were green the whole way
The best urban skaters like you always, always have naturally perfect form, like you. Riding those outside edges like that... I'm so jealous.

I cant explain the level of anxiety I have for your knees! Nice skate man, be safe.
There is nothing more free in life then skating.
This is one of the most satisfying freeskate videos on youtube in a while.
Me and my best friend skated through New York City on a vacation when we were 13 and it was the best time of my life in the city.
Hello and greetings from Poland! Sure we want more. This is a fantastic video! We are waiting for the next inline skating videos in cool places. We also start our adventure with roller skates. Your films inspire us positively and motivate us to further trainings on roller skates !!! Thanks a lot. You're doing a great job.
I miss those Friday Night Skate they used to have in many cities across the globe. I've done the Friday Night Skate in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Berlin, Paris and a few other cities that I have since forgot. The one in Paris had 30,000 skaters every Friday at its peak. Everyone who had hockey experience would fly through the crowd like an obstacle course. Fun days.
Ooooooo! Thank you dude for that helmet. Love to see it. I can't wait to see you with my own eyes one day. I to am a New Yorker. Here's to stutster skate'n 4ever. Take care now!
Your videos are sick. 🔥
nice work brah! Inspiring! Shredding it in NYC aint no joke!
There are very few things Connor McDavid cant do on skates and id say he would be the first to tell you that this is one of those things. This is amazing

@@thestutteringskater My son (8) and i love your content!! You do so well with the skating obviously but the quality of production is top notch as well! Great work!
Man this is just so mesmerising, I used to stree skate back in the mid 90s through too early 2000s. I absolutely loved it, living in Washington state at the time then moved back to the UK in 2000 and everyone looked at me like a weirdo so eventually I stopped. Wish I never let people judgment get to me. But watching this dude, wow, it just looks like so much fun and I can't stop watching.
You're amazing! And the videos are beautiful, thanks for all of them and for what you do! Incredible! Much love.
You're gonna be huge man. Amazing content, you're awesome!
Respect to the cameraman who was brave enough to follow and film this.

great way to see the town. thanks for sharing the video
Love all the comments on here about street laws, you wear skates to travel fast and have fun “how dare you do what they’re made for!” 😂
@Laulaurin

You say that about guns as well? And they are not made to have fun btw... Just a very nonsensical argument ^^ That said I don't have anything against him skating like that, but mostly since he's endangering mostly himself and not others :)
This needs to be made into a video game
Dude I can watch this all-day
How many wheels do you go through in a year? The pavement has to be so hard on them!
That was super cool man. It looks so free.

Love NYC 🙌🏼🤘🏼
Bro? This is really cool
I was born and raised in NYC. Have driven her since the age of 16, 31 now. I've driven everything on wheels in this city. Large trucks, semi-trucks, cars, motorcycles, inline skates, etc. I have raced in cars and motorcycles. Most of my work has been driving in the city. I free skate in the city and ice skate very well. Based on this experience, over time, with this little amount of protection and this amount of risk, it is almost inevitable that you will get hit hard.

Agree. as a casual small-city skater. This amount of lane splitting, instant land switching without looking back, and proximity to traffic seems reckless.
Good session. I’ve been working on my Mohawk/variations. Can’t quite get it. I popped out my shoulder yesterday, trip to the er and skating with A sling again. I can’t seem to learn my lesson about doing stupid stuff when my wheels are wet. I only got flipped off twice today so I think that’s pretty good. I want to work on backwards crossovers

Just binged all your videos. You are absolutely inspirational and ride with such style and finesse. You go so fast yet turn as smooth as butter I can't tell haha

🔥🔥🔥
How can you drive safely in traffic like this? I don't understand the braking in particular. Can you do an emergency stop at such a speed in case a car in front of you brakes sharply? How do you brake to zero at such high speed. for example at traffic lights, intersections or crosswalks.

Heya brother, how would you describe the Endless LR frames? Do you have experience with the Trinity normal endless frames, in addition to the LR frames? Am currently looking at them, the LR frames, maybe the 90s or 100s OR the new Icon Decode Pro 100s which look amazing and are even more flexible in their setups and configs.
