Hello, I had the same issue and the solution that I found was the next one. The incline and speed buttons are covered with a big sticker. I just peeled a little bit of it with a flat screw and paste it back and it worked. I hope that helps.

This video would be meaningful if you supplied an update. Surely the treadmill would come with a minimum one year warranty or consumers guarantee. Please advise the final outcome.

Why did you show the price of $2499 and not point out that you ACTUALLY got it for half that... It's really a 1250 dollar treadmill that has a ridiculously overpriced MSRP. If you'd actually paid $2500 you're getting WAY more than this Costco machine.
