Free flowing movement. Lovely lesson
Thanks Tiffany! I am noticing more ease of movement in my neck, and more relaxed neck and shoulders. My belly feels more relaxed and my ribcage feels freer when I breathe. My eyes also feel more relaxed and softer.

Thank you, Tiffany, this was a marvelous lesson. I was able to move for pleasure in a languid, slow, lovely way. I feel more relaxed and calm. Some weeks ago, Deborah Bowes did a lesson on ANAYADAY that was on self-care and this lesson you just did reminded me of that and the lovely feeling I had. Often the AY lessons do not go in this direction. I really appreciated your pacing and speaking. Thank you for the reminder of going for what my inner self really would like.
Thank you so much! I feel so 'effortless', both physically and emotionally. Lighter, at ease. Afterwards i found myself just slowly, softly moving. Like dancing without music. Oh, and i love your voice!
