I have a doubt what is the secret to melt lead in a mold and not stick my mold is all made of iron

What if the lead gets stuck inside the mould? Should some oil be put on it before pouring the molten lead?
Erm you should definitely wear some quality breathing equipment. Lead fumes are odourless and very dangerous. Don’t do what this guys done !

Breathing protection is never a bad idea but lead does not vapourise until > 1700c basically never going to happen with this setup. He is in well ventilated area so that helps also. Biggest risk is the molten metal before he moved to ground level. As for the lead, handling it gives more exposure than fumes. The dust when it oxidises is the worst. Important to wash hands after of course
