If you've ever watched a Free Runner you'll realise that they don't allow anything to stop them or slow them down. As they run through towns or cities, they'll jump, somersault, climb, flip over, anything it takes to get around whatever obstacle they face whether that’s a fence, wall or building!
In this song we compare free-running to life; sometimes in life we go through difficult situations, hurt and anxiety which appear hard to overcome. We may wonder how we will get through this thing.
As Christians, we believe that Jesus can to give us life in all its fullness, the best life possible. In Him we can find the strength that we need to help us through the tough times and lift us up so we can be a true 'Free Runner' and enjoy this freedom that He brings.
