The things we say to each other make a real impact. With our words we can build someone up or bring someone down.
This song encourages us to not allow the negative or hurtful words that have been spoken to us play on our minds, work their way into our hearts and do us lasting harm.
We should listen more to the better words that people say and take in those positive and encouraging words that will build us up rather than bring us down.
