Dear pigtail channel,you are right it's very difficult and time consuming to make helmet with cardboard.i had no option other than it because eva foams are very expensive in our country , cardboard helmets results are full of rocky arches! Also its very difficult to join two parts of helmet,i had to staple them. Thank you🙏!

That is so better compared to the card bord so strong

I think the thick paper here in the states might be known as "card stock", but recycling cereal boxes is always a great idea!

久しぶりですね❗今度は、厚紙を使ってマスクの原型を作って行ったんですね‼️僕は、風船を膨らまして、その上から紙を木工ボンドで、貼り付けて作りましたよ‼️ １番最初に、作った仮面ライダー旧１号のマスクは、厚紙を短冊状にしてワッカをテープで作り、その上からパテを盛って行き、整形しましたよ‼️

The size of the base helmet is the size that can be worn if the size of the head is up to 56 cm.

Think you can make each of the Big Hero 6 Helmets?

Thanks for the great tutorial. The pattern you give for free is a lifesaver for me☺️ But i have one question. What if i want to make it with the bigger size? Can i just print the templated patterns with the bigger size paper i.e A3 paper?

ボンドに対して水は半分より少し少ないくらいで混ぜてます。とろみが緩くなる程度になれば良いと思います。

Its really more time consuming to make it out of cardboard or paper.

日本では、コピー用紙の大きさがA4サイズのものがよく使われているのですが、海外ではレターサイズが一般的なコピー用紙のサイズみたいなので、両方作ってます。内容は全く同じです。

Can you add registration marks on the template??

This template does not require registration marks as it is supposed to be made from paper. Unlike EVA foam, paper does not expand or contract significantly, so there is little deviation.

Paper other than newspaper is also fine. It is best to use paper that is as thin as possible.

I have never seen a Manila card, but I think it can be used if the Manila card is sturdy and thick paper.
