There's a link to the VST3 in the video description. It's not my link and your security might object but it was all fine for me once I rescued it from quarentine. The full code is also in GitHub on a branch request for the official NAM, with a view to being accepted into the next official release.

You can add it in but it’s not that easy

There's a link to the VST3 for that version in the video description. It's not my link, and your security software might object, but it was fine for me. It also has it's own branch in GitHub with a view to incorporating it into the official version. I know Steve Ack liked it, so I suspect this might happen soon.
