As you already have good knowledge of anatomy and physiology so considering this I think you should directly look for freshers job in medical coding ...there are many companies who along with job will also help you in clearing CPC certifications exam and once you become a certified coder then your career growth will be good inside medical coding....so start with job and paralelly start preparing for CPC certification exam...All the best for CareerInpharma!!

Our video is not a course. If you finish course from some institute and become certified coder then definitely you will get a job...You can get job without becoming certified coder and there are companies who will help you in becoming certified coder under company guidelines

After computer science graduation better you look for jobs in computer industry only....For medical coding you need to have good command over anatomy and physiology subjects and which is not a part of computer science...I hope you got it

Being in 3rd year I won't suggest you any course...As of now you can focus on B pharma and once you are in 4th year then you can go for online free courses from WHO UMC for pharmacovigilance and NIDA for ICH GCP (Clinical Trials Basics)
