This was suuuuper detailed. I was supposed to go this year but I’m going next year instead and this allows me to plan better and save up! Also I love seeing black couples travel together. I cant wait to travel with my hubby when I get one 😂❤

Hi, what’s the app you can download to make reservations to the restaurant. I’m going again in May. I was there last year and really enjoyed it. Hope it just got better.

Thank you! We rented a car and drove ourselves. They also offered free valet parking.

Did I miss something? Did these two pay for an all-inclusive just to leave right after arrival so they can go pay for food and drinks somewhere else?

Conrad is very quiet and so spendy that it doesn’t attract many people who drink much …don’t makes sense they picked Hilton, but would probably like the Hilton in Playa Del Carmen a lot more. It used to be The Royal. My review of the Conrad is posted and if you are child free and quiet and chill, it’s your place.

Great video!!! You had mentioned that you could visit the spa and use a few of the amenities for 100usd but I have not seen any of the prices for the actual services at the Conrad. Would you mind telling us how much your couples deep tissue massage was?

Thank you! We paid around $400 for 50 mins.

Where did you get your liability insurance beforehand? All the sites I found require you to enter specific vehicle info, which we won't have until we pick up the rental car.

Hi there! Love your video! I also have Diamond Status and was wondering which room you booked to get upgraded to the suite? Did you book the Ocean View Enclave Room or just the base Ocean View Room?

I booked a basic room and they upgraded me to the suite. The enclave rooms are separate and you have to pay cash to upgrade here. They provide a separate pool and eating options.

How was the Wi-Fi there?? Currently WFH and want to know if I can rely on it for Teams meetings!

Because it is a large resort, the wifi was great.
