If you check the magnetron you will see than any magnetron has three coil ,primary,secundary and this additional coil than have no more than two or three turn and that’s the one than hi is using,hi is not using the high voltage coil ,he is just using the secundary and the other one than has a few turn .if you open a microwave before you will see than magnetron has three coils and the little coil is just for a light inside the microwave

Well, the power is coming in from the probes. And even if it did work, it would be a danger to come close to two magnetrons. Microwaves would cook you, and it probably would cause internal burns, and allow gas to build in your bloodstream, so it would cause strokes. But it would never get there because, you don't have the heater, or the biasing circuits to get the magnetron resonating over the cavities.
