I’m not mad about no including a charging brick but when my GF converted me from a long time android user to apple I was upset that the charger was usb C on one side instead of usb A. I have no usb C charger other than the one on my laptop so I had to make a trip to Walmart to buy a charger after spending a small fortune on the phone already smh.

I mean, in my case he has helped! When the rail cleanly broke off of my Joycon I knew how to open it safely and how to use the tools. Plus I managed to open a lot of our old phones, which is really interesting!

My friend did do but she actually scammed me because once I fixed it her parents made me give it back and I was soooooo pissed so I just swapped the logic board with an iCloud locked one and told her I “forgot my Apple ID password” Long story short she’s not my friend anymore but I still have a working iPhone 7+ motherboard

Best deal I’ve gotten on a used iPhone is the iPhone I’m using now it’s an iPhone 6s I got it for free from a device recycling center edges are kinda scuffed and screen is pretty scratched but fully works

My uncle gave me an iphone 6 with cracked screen ,not functioning lcd and a dead battery so i replaced the old screen with a new refurbished and a new battery only for 35€

I don't know how you can keep track of those blasted screws. Great Job!!!

Just battery and screen, like just 50% of the phone but still Ok considering that complex things like RAM, CPU, Memory, charging port and camera didn’t suffer any casualty

I know this is a minor thing, but thank you for always reminding everyone about functionality lose when you replace the Touch ID in your iPhone repair videos. It's always nice to remind everyone how stingy and greedy Apple is. Love your videos and keep up the fantastic work ❤

perfect video again thank you please keep them comming, my great deal was a free iphone 3gs it had a bloated battery, installed a new battery to find it was unlocked and icloud free and no passcode, it now works flawless

iPhone 3GS and earlier never get iCloud lock since iOS 6 never introduced it. Its quite rare to see an iCloud locked iPhone 3GS tho

Hey Hugh, I recently found my old iPhone 6, that was lost for a year. It had not been charged once during the year. So, I replaced the battery and it hadn't powered on. I noticed that it wouldn't warm up during charging, and I checked to see if it was the screen and played with the mute but no vibration. I did notice some white stuff around the screen part, and it may have been definitely corrosion, but I'm sure it hasn't been in water as it has worked before, but I believe corrosion is the main suspect

The iPhone 7 is a device that I personally wouldn’t take the time to repair. In the US we mainly got the A1660 model, and the “No Service” issue is so widespread. I don’t think I’d put the time into one. I’m glad to see you brought this one back it’s great content for your channel!
