Hey don't worry if we can destroy ourselves we can also build ourselves. You know it's easy to damage things but hard to build so i think you have to believe yourself take some time alone and think just think about how you can improve yourself and you will succeed

Seriously guys!! The messages are all very true and authentic, but we actually CAN deliver them with a different tone of voice! I hear it all and it is all very true, and I am not a Boomer but I am old, and I say such things every day but, people! - you can say them with a light heart, with acceptance, with love and insight. You can actually let some love go - maybe for just a bit to see what will be, but setting free is always light and joy. Anyway, I am saying: fantastic messaging but we can work on the depression. I used to be depressed, I am not anymore. Hit me up for help if needed

I am damaged, far too damaged. I'm far beyond repair. I feel like I'm stuck here, others trying to make me better. My brain beats me like I'm a caged bear. I'm trapped here for what feels like forever. I don't know what I'm gonna do. No one would miss me, they'd be happy, and I'll be trapped between the worlds.
