Just perfect and such a beautyful Bass Guitar !

This is one of those songs that will never go away for many reasons. Andy Fraser's (less is better) approach to this song is nothing less than magic. I currently play this song in a club set and young people will jump up and dance to it every time. I love the bass & drums in this song. Well done!!!

Great job, Bruno! And it shows that a Jazz Bass can provide so many different sounds, just love it!

I'm auditioning for a band next week and this is one of the songs I have to learn. I'm just questioning whether I should leave all that empty space in there. I never knew that the bass sits out a good portion of the song till your video so thanks for that!

There are bass overdubs as well as guitar overdubs don't do it it was a test.

Je pensais que cette ligne de basse était simple avant de m'y mettre lorsque l'on a décidé de la reprendre avec mon groupe. Ben en fait, pas du tout ! Elle est superbement exécutée ici, et véritablement respectée à la note près, notamment sur la partie en alternance graves/aigus, qui est rarement 100% correcte sur les covers habituelles. Good job !!

The Bass line makes the song. This is a great song because it has great bass play!

That's a smooth move at 2:20 - I've been on the open E and probably should have known better. Andy Fraser - unsung bass hero. Thinking about you when you're gone, RIP.

Octave lower on the chorus. St least on the studio version.

Five stars man! How did you get that original sound in a jazz bass? I guess he uses a SG std bass in the recording

It's not close to the original sound at all.. but at least he gets the solo right, which most dont.

At last someone plays the solo part correctly. Shame it was the album version as the single version differs slightly with a few extra licks.

Bonjour, sur le 45 tours de 1970 il joue la meme partie a part quelques variantes dans le solo. Mais apres, j'ai peut etre les oreilles en plombs :-)) de qui, vu votre niveau est certainement certain.

Apres, je ne suis pas la pour denigrer quoique ce soit. Je suis juste etonné de ce relevé qui ne correspond pas, a mon humble avis, a la version d'origine.
