First thing I noticed is what a lot of others noticed. That fucking bass. A freight train with tone. Some of you may remember Tim Bogart who had that same tone and fluid, powerful style. Tim recently passed away. His version of this song with Jeff Beck was monumental.

Sweet Jesus!! Always loved this song but this version is awesome!! Badass guitarist/vocalist with bass that drives like a train engine and drums so deep in the pocket he has to look up to see the floor of the Grand Canyon!!!

I don't know who the bass player was , but he had one of the best bass tone I've heard in years! Who knew that a Fender Jazz bass could sound so monstrous. Bravo.
