They don’t do it for altruistic reasons, they do it because Discovery pay them a shed load of money, if they weren’t getting paid then they wouldn’t be there!

I love how just seeing him fine tune the process is often enough to make all the difference. A slight tilt here, a little extra pressure there, a small alteration of riffle shapes over yonder, and boom, suddenly they go from slowly sinking to doggy paddling around. Sometimes its a big change needed, like a full on "Im sorry but you are doing it wrong" setup, but often its all these little things that are so small alone but together magnifies the end result.

Dying for this show to come back!

Older seasoned men like will always use a crane when a crane is available. They know how accidents happen and what they can cost. Knew an old man mechanic in the oilfield, the used leverage a torque like a witch. He knew every trick in the book.

Juanito, You guys need to fabricate a small 2x4 shaker table for us small-time prospectors. You all will make a fortune helping us make a fortune.

Surprised they dont make the loding pod higher with bars in it so gravity shakes stuff loose before it gets to the machine.

cant help but notice the shaker table isnt level. hopefully this doesnt effect the outcome
