Wow...I think Fred Hammond hears music different from the way most of us hear music; it's multiple instruments, vocals, hand claps, and foot stomps all doing different things at the same time but coming together in the most harmonious way...gifted...you can imagine King David playing and dancing for the Lord listening to this music. And I love Stevie Wonder🎶

He does hear it a little different! If you notice his fingers when he sings, he’s playing that bass again in his head, since he got his start as a bassist. Bassists have so many cheat codes in their ear, man.

Fred sounded better than everybody including Stevie Wonder. I just realized Stevie runs too much! I know it's his style and it works on his songs and he is my favorite singer and artist all time but too many long runs.

I wonder what he wispered to Fred in his ear. I would say he wants to do a record with him in the studio. I would say it would be an honor. I heard he listened to one of my songs and wanted to know where I was from and he wanted to work with me as well.

I watched this with tears in my eyes. I went back to 1998 as an orphan in Benin City Nigeria, to find that Fred Hammond was singing a prophecy that has become my experience today. When I look back at where I am coming from, I cannot explain how God favoured me. Peter Ikpugha now lives in Calgary.

Calvin, Snoop, Phillip, Lawrence, easily the best 4 piece band to hit gospel. And my personal favorite that worked with Fred.

My goodness that band is smacking. Calvin is unmatched when it comes to gospel. His chops, precision, and grooves are out of this world. S/o to Snoop on bass as well he was locked in 🔥

Me too, and so did Chante Moore. They both brought tears to my eyes when I heard their voices, like ministering. God will always get His praise from His people.
