I met Fred Durst in 2012 after an Amsterdam show. The guy ran to us and started chatting with us as if he knew us personally for almost half an hour. What an amazing night with an amazing band! I never turned on this band even when everyone thought they were cheezy! I was rewarded with Fred picking me up on stage, gave a hug and went on stage diving! Then we met after the show! Best night ever!

definitely not... radiohead is cool but in those days Limp Bizkit was way more popular. On the radio, with kids and teens especially. They sold over a million the first week of release for Chocolate Starfish. You heard them at parties, car rides driving by, all over MTV or WWF at the time. In my school year book for 2000-2001 more people said their favorite band was "Limp Bizkit" more than any other band.

he's right tho. ...USA citizens always want fresh music. ...musicians say we're all jaded and hard to please. whereas the European fans still rockin' out to those oldies like they're new releases. ....they're die hard fans that never quit. Band words not mine. Many bands have said this, which is why they tour overseas so much. Give their Euro fans the love, those fans are way more committed to them (bands ) than American fans. Again musician's words, not mine. Read some interviews.

Because he didn't even have a clue Limp Bizkit was still together. The interview dude is a fool. Just looking for that interview to make money.

I remember seeing Limp Bizkit in the summer of 1997 at the Vans Warped tour in Boulder, Colorado. They were hardly known by anybody at that time.

I saw LB at aftershock in Sacramento. It was the first time i saw them live. I've seen korn a ton of times too. Honestly, I didn't really know what too expect but man they were Awesome. They had so much energy..they were so loud and Fred really interacts with the audience. I've seen hundreds of bands live no exaggeration( shit, one festival can have 20+ bands no problem) and Limp is now on my personal top ten of best bands I've seen live. People tend not too like them because they blew up so big so quick...Eminem affected their image pretty bad too imo. But their music has always been good. Nu-metal has a bad rep too for some reason even though Korn was the best headliner ive seen so far and Jd wrote lyrics and told the world his deepest secrets and darkest thoughts and at the same time was able too give 30 thousand + fans a show of a life time...every single time..haha. Korn really has always let you be a part of who they are as individuals and have consistently treated fans as family. Ive yet too see Rammstein so yea I already know.
